“These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of the website and your relationship with BEAU Polish (“we” or “us”) and set out the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of our products to you. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use the website. By ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

We amend these Terms from time to time. Each time you wish to order products please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms which will apply at that time.

Every time you order products the Terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between us.

The Beau Polish website is owned and operated by BEAU Beauty Ltd., Registered Office: 85 Great Portland street, London, W1W 7LT. (Company number 12066695).


You can order products in the following ways:

online via this website or through Etsy, when you place an order for a product in the way described above you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order and all orders are subject to availability. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and if the product is not available we will contact you by email and will not process your order.

Please note that the packaging of our products may vary from images on our site.

We may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

In regards to the above and as an addition, custom colours lead time will be determined upon review of the request by BEAU Polish, your lead times and whether or not this will comply with EU cosmetic regulations. We will then contact you within 48hrs unless otherwise specified on the sales page, and confirm the week you should expect the delivery of your item(s) this is usually between 1 - 3 weeks unless otherwise specified on the sales page, you will be notified should this arrive earlier or later than estimated date. If you wish to order additional bottles then you will be invoiced accordingly, production will not begin until payment for the additional bottles has been received. If the item is needed urgently and the date cannot be met by BEAU Polish, you will be refunded in full.


Orders may be processed online, using a credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo debit cards). To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. Your credit card or debit card is charged when your order is placed.


We use Stripe, a company with the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us.

If you look up at the URL of the shopping basket page you will notice that it begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information. Of equal importance is the security which surrounds the payment system. By making use of Stripe we have a sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls.

No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by internet email.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

All order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your order.


The price for each Product on is shown in UK sterling. Currency conversion provided on is based on currency conversion rates, and can fluctuate with the change in the value of UK sterling in comparison to the customers purchase currency. This is a guide and should be used as such, therefore BEAU Beauty Ltd cannot be held accountable for any pricing differences. Final pricing does not include any transactional charges from our payment provider, Stripe, or your bank/credit card provider. By purchasing in a foreign currency you agree to pay these charges by where BEAU Beauty Ltd cannot be held accountable of any transactional charges that may occur outside of the invoiced amount at time of purchase, and all duties and customs charges will be paid by you.

We always try to make sure that the prices on are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. Prices for our products may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order which has been dispatched or for which we have issued a dispatch confirmation. Please note that if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing that we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit or debit card details, based on the delivery you specify and the total weight of the products purchased.

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund. At the moment the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or is no longer available or because of an error in price on our site we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.


Orders that are not custom colours, will be processed within 1 - 5 business days with the aim to be with you within the specified business days associated with your delivery selection. (Business days meaning Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.) There may be occasions that this cannot happen and you will be informed, you also have a comment box during ordering, so please make any specific delivery comments in there and we will follow up with you if necessary.


Depending on the size of your order you may receive your order in more than 1 package due to content restrictions with Royal Mail. Please allow for 3 weeks, 21 days from dispatch email before getting in contact with us about any orders that have not been received regardless of the shipment option selected/purchased. If contacted before the 21 day mark, it will be taken up on a case by case basis and we aim to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

All duties and customs charges will be paid by you should the product be held at customs in the receiving country.


Custom orders refer to custom colours. Once the colour has been decided and payment received, it will take between 1 - 3 weeks minimum to do the matching process. There may be instances where it may be longer and you will be informed by us if this is going to be the case. All orders will be delivered 2nd class Royal Mail Tracked service free for the UK market and DHL economy for the USA market paid for by you. Custom colours are non refundable due to the unique nature of the product. Images will be sent to you for your sign off and will be sent out after written sign off from you via email. If you are unhappy with the colour matching service during the sign off period, you will be refunded. The minimum qty to purchase this service is 5 units as of the 7th January 2022.


We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. For issues that cannot be dealt with immediately we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours with a solution or with further query to your complaint, to ensure we are serving you in the best possible way. If you feel you have a complaint you wish to make please email us. If we do not hear from you after responding to your compliant, the complaint will be deemed closed in 14 days from the initial response from us.


We try to keep as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

We try and offer you the best service we can. But we cannot promise that all our products and services will meet your requirements and we cannot guarantee that will be fault free. If you find a fault, please let us know by emailing us.

There will be some times when your access to the website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements.


The BEAU polish website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on we will try to correct them as soon as we can. In particular we are not liable to you for the following:

Incompatibility of with any of your computer or telecommunications equipment or software
Technical problems or errors or interruptions of
Inadequacy of to meet your requirements
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss or privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related

If we fail to comply with these Terms we are responsible for loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence but we are not responsible for any damage which is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.

We only supply the products to you for domestic and private use unless specified otherwise in writing via letter, signed contractual agreement or email from You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability, with or without the written consent in one or all of the 3 forms written above, to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession)
any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.


You may retrieve and display the content of on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on without written permission from us.

No license is granted to you in these Terms to use any service marks of BEAU Polish.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 


We may update these Terms from time to time and these changes will apply to the use of If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use If you continue to use after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.


Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the guidelines.

BEAU Polish may change or withdraw any part of, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

BEAU Polish may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

BEAU polish may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract with you to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.

Termination shall be without prejudice to BEAU polish’s other rights.

BEAU polish acts as principal on its own account and not as agent for you or any other person.

If BEAU polish does not enforce any provision of these Terms such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at BEAU polish’s option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and BEAU polish and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed. Since we are only aiming at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries.

Use of BEAU polish and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. This means a contract for the purchase of products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.


Competitions held on our social channels or on our website are subject to these terms and conditions. Only entries from the countries listed on our delivery page are valid, and shipment will be 2nd Class Royal Mail or DHL International Economy. The prize winner will receive the photographed item or listed prize unless stated that they can choose a prize in the initial competition post. The winner will be notified by email or directly by their social media handles. Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter or Instagram. The winner must respond within 7 days of being announced, if they do not respond within this period they will be unable to claim the prize and will be awarded to someone else. Any prizes not received within 3 weeks of shipment will be considered lost in transit, if you have not received your prize within 3 weeks please contact us within 7 days of the 3 week mark on the channels in which you won the prize. We will then launch a claims process to which this will need to be completed before a new prize sent out subject to availability. If it were to be lost in transit again, the prize will not be sent out again and the competition will be deemed closed.

Orders that are eligible for a free gift cannot be replaced and BEAU Polish is under no obligation to provide free gifts if there is no stock available and/or mistake in packaging by where the free gift has not been packed. Site wide sales automatically deactivate all current coupons, excluding personal coupons issued as a terms of sale in regards to our custom colour service. They will be reactivated after sale period ends.

Due to the application nature of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges. We believe that you will be thrilled with the products you purchase but we understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to contact us. As part of our commitment to customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum and the process as simple as possible. Please use the contact form or send an email to​ . BEAU Polish does not accept refunds for sale items and Mystery Boxes.

Exchange gift codes may be issued in exceptional circumstances for a limited time, they must be used within that time and orders placed using this code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Once this code expires, it cannot be reissued. The code is a 1 time usage, therefore you will need to use its full amount in a single order. If you do not the remainder cannot be recovered.

As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to products which are faulty. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect those legal rights.

If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by email to inform us within 7 days of purchase and I will arrange the appropriate action to ensure that you receive the correct/intact goods, in good time. Please contact us prior to returning the items and you will be allocated a returns code and advise on whether to send the items back. To enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible, you will need to detail the returns code on any correspondence relating to the return procedure, including the package of returned goods. We ask that you send the items back to me via Royal Mail First Class (recorded) and include a proof of postage from the Post Office so that we can refund you for your return postage costs.


1. By using the e-Gift Card (eCard from this point forward), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you purchased the card for someone else the purchaser must give the user a copy of these T&Cs or advise the ultimate cardholder that these T&Cs are available online. The eCard remains our property. You should retain the original receipt or record of purchase of the Card and the Card number as it may be required to provide you with customer services or to assist with respect to errors or if your eCard is lost, stolen or cannot be accessed by the cardholder, gifted or not.

2. The eCard is a prepaid gift card that is activated once purchased. It can only be used for purchasing goods and services on . The eCard cannot be used over the counter at financial institutions, markets that BEAU Polish may exhibit at and does not allow cash return. The eCard is not a credit card and is not linked to a deposit account.

3. The minimum balance that may be loaded to your Card is 5 and the maximum balance is 200. There are no fees associated with using the eCard unless you are permitted to receive a replacement eCard and in such case the replacement eCard fee will be advised at the time you request it.

4. The eCard cannot be used to make purchases that exceed the available balance, in such case you need to pay the difference by another method.

5. This eCard is not reloadable and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation and cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining available balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens.

6. The eCard cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments or for purchasing foreign currency. We are not liable in any way when an authorisation is declined for any particular transaction except where the authorisation has been declined because of an act or omission on our part.

7. The eCard is like cash and may not be replaced if misused, lost, stolen or damaged and no financial compensation scheme exists with respect to the eCard. You are responsible for all transactions on the eCard, except where there has been fraud or negligence by us. If you notice any error relating to the eCard or you lose your card then you should notify us immediately via email

8. If you have a problem with a purchase made with the eCard please follow the outlining T&Cs regarding any complaints.

9. We may restrict or stop the use of the eCard if suspicious activities are noticed or we do not receive funds from you in the full amount of the activated balance of the eCard.

10. Any refunds on eCard transactions are subject to our return policy. If the eCard expires or is revoked before you have spent any funds resulting from a refund (whether or not the original transaction being refunded was made using the eCard) then you will have no access to those funds.

11. You are responsible for checking your transaction history and knowing your available balance.

12. Information (which may include your personal information, if you have provided it to us) may be disclosed to third parties about the Card, or transactions made with the Card, where required by law, to operate the Card and process transactions, to prevent financial crime, to provide you with services you request and if necessary to notify you of any service changes. Disclosure will also be made to countries outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure to treat your data securely and in accordance with our privacy policy, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

15. The e-gift card program may be terminated. If your eCard cannot be used after termination, you will be entitled to surrender and redeem your eCard to the amount of the available balance at time of redemption.

We will have no liability for unauthorised access to, or use of your eCard or for any delay or inability to use the eCard or if we have suspended the use of the eCard in accordance with these T&Cs. We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied with respect to the eCard, purchases made with the eCard including but not limited to any warranty regarding quality or fitness for a particular purpose, or whether the eCard will always be accessible or accepted. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability where it cannot be limited or excluded at law.
